including WDGL, KYPY, WTGE, WBRP & WNXX

1. No Purchase Needed, to Enter or Win a Prize.
2. Prize(s) are non-transferable, and Cash will not be substituted for a prize.
3. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter and win, Other Age Requirements
may apply.
4. Must have a valid Louisiana Drivers License, or License Issued in the US for
Proof of Id
5. You can win Once Every 30-days. For Cash Contest you can only win once
during the run of that contest. You can only win a Flyaway Trip or Major Prize
once every 6-months.
6. By calling in to win, or entering a contest all participants automatically give
permission for the Station to use their likeness, image and/or voice in
promoting the contest and/or station, on air, or on the website.
7. Employees of this station, and other Guaranty Baton Rouge, Stations,
employees of any other radio And TV station, other cable, news and media
companies within one hundred (100) miles of Baton Rouge, LA. are Not
eligible to win.
8. All decisions of The Management of this station or its representatives are
final.
9. Winners are responsible for any and all Local, State, and Federal taxes / fees.
10. Some Prizes may be Mailed, Mailed prizes may take up to 4 weeks to receive
