GUARANTY BROADCASTING GENERAL CONTEST RULES for all stations

including WDGL, WYPY, WTGE, KNXX, &WNXX

 

 

  1. No Purchase Needed, to Enter or Win a Prize. 
  2. Prize(s) are non-transferable, and Cash will not be substituted for a prize.
  3. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter and win, Other Age Requirements may apply.
  4. Must have a valid LouisianaDrivers License, or License Issued in the USfor Proof of Id
  5. You can win Once Every 30-days. For Cash Contest you can only win once during the runOf that contest. You can only win a Flyaway Trip or Major Prize once every 6-months.
  6. By calling in to win, or entering a contest All participants automatically give permission for the Station to use their likeness, image and/or voice in promoting the contest and/or station, on air, or on the website.
  7. Employees of this station, and other Guaranty Baton Rouge, Stations, employees of any other radio And TV station, other cable, news and media companies within one hundred (100) miles of Baton Rouge, LA. are Not eligible to win.
  8. All decisions of The Management of this station or its representatives are final.
  9. Winners are responsible for any and all Local, State, and Federal taxes / fees.
  10. Some Prizes may be Mailed, Mailed prizes may take up to 4 weeks to receive
  11. Contests are open to Louisiana residents only and void where prohibited by law.
  12. The station is not responsible for any telephone or internet, technical, network, electronic, Computer hardware, or software failures, malfunctions, or phone disconnects, thatare related to entering or participating in a contest.  
  13. Contest Rules, and Contest Times, are subject to change at any time without notice, for certain contest, new rules and contest times may be broadcast on the air, as notice,that contest rules and contest times have been changed. 
  14. All winners must claim their prize(s) within thirty (30) days of the date won or the prize(s) is forfeited.
